Watermelon Juice
Ingredients (Minimal, 4 items)
• 3 cups fresh watermelon (seedless, cubed)
• 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
• ½ cup cold water (optional, for thinner texture)
• A few mint leaves (for garnish, optional)
Instructions

Prepare the watermelon:
Remove seeds (if any) and cut the watermelon into cubes. Chill for 15–20 minutes if you prefer a colder drink. -
Blend it up:
Add watermelon cubes, lime juice, and water (if desired) to a blender. Blend until completely smooth. -
Strain (optional):
If you prefer a clear juice, strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp. -
Serve fresh:
Pour into glasses over ice, garnish with mint leaves or an extra squeeze of lime, and serve immediately. -
Optional twist:
For a refreshing summer version, add a pinch of salt or blend with chilled coconut water.
