Ginger Tea
Ingredients (Minimal, 5 items)
• 2 cups water
• 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (peeled and sliced thin)
• 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
• ½ teaspoon lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
• Optional: a pinch of turmeric or black pepper for extra warmth
Instructions

Boil the base:
In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a gentle boil. -
Add the ginger:
Drop in the sliced ginger and let it simmer for 7–10 minutes until the aroma is strong and the color turns golden. -
Infuse the flavor:
Optionally, add a pinch of turmeric or black pepper during simmering for a more earthy flavor. -
Strain and sweeten:
Remove from heat, strain the tea into a cup, and stir in honey while still warm. -
Finish with freshness:
Add lemon juice just before serving for a bright, zesty finish. Serve hot and enjoy soothing comfort in every sip.
